Jessica’s Message to Clients

Do you often feel weighed down by a cycle of anxiety, rumination, intrusive thoughts, and depression? Have you felt unable to fully enjoy exciting life events and transitions due to negative thinking and constant worry? Do you struggle with negative self-talk and low self-esteem? It might feel as though you wake up each day just hoping to survive until the next. You might feel lonely with your thoughts and as though no one understands the burden of your worry.

We all yearn to be understood and listened to in a non-judgmental space. As a therapist, I take a curious, open, and relational approach to understanding the narratives and stories of my clients’ lives and helping them empower themselves on their journeys to mental and emotional healing. I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, perinatal mental health, self-esteem issues, anger management, conflict resolution, boundary setting, relationship concerns, and more.

Drawing from my extensive experience in substance abuse treatment, I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, trauma-centered therapy, narrative therapy, and relational approaches into my practice. I believe that you are the key to your own healing and growth, and together, we can work to better understand the mental health concerns underlying your worry and embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth.
